Refund Policy

Returns Policy

​

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods such as food and flowers

  • Magazines or newspapers

  • Intimate or sanitary items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

  • ​

Return Process: Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase for your return. Do not send the purchased items back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable): Partial refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at jaymt@jaymt.com.

 

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable): We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at jaymt@jaymt.com and send your item to our local return address in Barcelona, Spain (address will be provided upon request).

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the gift was not marked as a gift at purchase, or the giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

 

Shipping Returns: To return your product, you should mail it to our local address in Barcelona, Spain (address will be provided upon request).

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $100, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
