Domestic Shipping within Spain:

• We offer free shipping within mainland Spain. For shipping to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, please contact us directly at jaymt@jaymt.com to discuss the details.

International Shipping:

• For international shipping, including orders from Germany, France, Italy, and beyond, please contact us at jaymt@jaymt.com for shipping costs and arrangements. We aim to provide the most efficient and cost-effective shipping solutions for each order.

Packaging of Prints:

• All prints, except the smallest sizes, are sent in secure shipping tubes to ensure the integrity of the artwork during transit. This method is designed to protect against damage and preserve the quality of your purchased art.

Original Artworks:

• All original artworks are shipped through Priority Mail using reinforced cardboard packaging to ensure maximum protection. For customers in Barcelona and nearby areas, direct delivery options are available and can be arranged to suit your convenience.

Custom and Duties:

• Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the destination country. These charges are always the responsibility of the recipient; JayMT is not responsible for any additional charges that may be applied.

Shipping Time:

• Shipping times vary by destination and will be confirmed upon order processing. We strive to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days from the receipt of payment.

Tracking:

• A tracking number will be provided for all shipments. You can use this number to track your shipment's progress to your delivery address.
